You can permanently delete your Snapproof account and all associated data at any time. You can also delete individual tools without deleting your account. This page explains every option.
One-tap deletion from inside the app:
Your account, profile, all tools, photos, claim records, and referral data are deleted from our systems immediately. You will be signed out and your data is unrecoverable after this step.
Email hello@snapprooftool.com from the address associated with your Snapproof account, with the subject line "Account deletion request".
We process these requests within 5 business days and confirm completion by reply. We may ask you to confirm a recent tool or purchase to verify the request, since we can't otherwise check that you control the account.
If you only want to remove a specific tool — for example one you sold, returned, or don't want documented anymore — you can delete it from the app without affecting the rest of your account:

If you have an active Snapproof Pro subscription, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription with Apple or Google. Subscriptions are billed by them, not by us. Cancel separately to avoid further charges:
